  • 2. Full application is prepared and submitted to the bank for approval.
  • 3. Loan approved and conditions provided. We open account with the lending bank and request valuation fee (typically 0.1% of the purchase price with a minimum of 350€).
  • 4. Valuation report received in approximately one week and full offer document and provision of funds provided by the bank - 2 to 3 days - (allow approximately 14% total closing costs).
  • 5. You transfer completion funds to their account at the lending bank.
  • 6. Notary booked for completion. Whole process 4-6 weeks.
